Melvin L. Elson, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated from The University of Tennessee Summa Cum Laude and received his MD from Duke University School of Medicine, trained in internal medicine at Vanderbilt Medical Center and in dermatology at Duke University Medical Center. He is considered an expert in evaluation and treatment of the aging face, particularly with expertise in the use of filling materials for scars and wrinkles, Botox and cosmeceuticals. He trains physicians world-wide in the use of these and in evaluating the aging face, having lectured in 40 countries.
